 Implementing Time Zones for Web Users

1. Set the GMT Time Zone of TNA Server in the Config module's Internet / Web tab. Time zone for Cape Town would be +2 (which will display as 2).

2. Set the time zone for each "State" (Country) in the Config module, Setup / Leave / States browse.

3. Assign the employee to the State.

NOTE : If employee state is 0 then no time zone alteration is used (the native clock of the server is used)
